Case Study | Lululemon x Harrods

The Lululemon team wanted to inject some energy into their new window display at Harrods in Knightsbridge.

As one of only 3 events at Harrods each year, Lululemon wanted to make an impact with a spinning class to remember.

Creating a compact space for 20 fitness freaks to cycle throughout the day meant working in a tight public space outside one of London’s busiest stores.

With Lululemon teaming up with workout experts Psycle to ensure that the classes given were of the highest standard, the event space had to be primed for some serious sweat.

The audio system was finely tuned to the location and the attentive Lightwave sound team ensured that levels were on point for the duration of the day.

Producing bespoke areas in tightly-packed locations creates a different kind of challenge for the Wilde Ones team.

The clear-thinking client and punctual suppliers enabled us to make the best use of a tight spot.

The additional crowd and traffic management support from SFM security were up to their usual high standards and meant installing and removing the area - even at peak time - was a straightforward process.
