Planning began mid-2025, with Wilde Ones working alongside Guildhall Production Studio to design every operational detail.
We developed safety plans, managed complex permissions and built a unified site strategy that brought five separate installations together as one coherent event.
During the January build and show days, our site team coordinated suppliers, students and artists across the City of London — adapting live to weather, crowds and technical challenges to keep everything running to schedule.
