The Regent Street Association's aim - to create a greener atmosphere on Regent Street every Sunday in July - invites a variety of different activations from retailers and sponsors.
The Summer Street on Regent Street event series is now in its fifth year. Having managed all previous series, Wilde Ones' role is not just to production manage, but to provide guidance to those involved.
With limited build time, Wilde Ones' task is to manage sponsor and retailer expectations, and create a consistently time and cost-efficient event each weekend.
Using our experience we were able to guide the various interested parties to bring an appropriate activation to the street.
When required, we supplied decor, branding and sound systems, as well as managing the production for those needing technical guidance.
With only one hour to clear Regent Street post event, it was key to find the balance between 'look and feel', economy and practicability.
With three entertainment zones at Summer Streets, managing content is crucial. Through the Regent Street Association we worked with some experienced heads.
Over the years, KP Events have become an integral part to the character of Regent Street, always ensuring that the entertainment is of great quality and matches the event concept.
In 2017, the entertainment was perfectly in tune with the event brief and made for a typically English day out for those passing through.
With such a wide event brief, there are always interesting sights and unusual requests from brands seeking to make an impact.
Be it a temporary catwalk or a fitness flash-mob, finding a practical and cost-efficient solution is part of our tool kit.
Creating an environment that matches brand values whilst remaining in budget and on time is one of our specialities.
Wilde Ones have built a reputation to rely on, and have forged working relationships with suppliers that form a solid base for any event.
None more so than our relationship with ADI TV who provide mobile LED screen logistics as well as managing on-screen content seamlessly.
Strong working relationships like these give us the confidence to find solutions to clients' requests and also negotiate the foibles that pop up on showday.
